Where is the wood you use for your products?

We only use French and EU wood. In addition all our products are made in France, in our artisanal carpentry. All our products are 100% Made In France!

What kind of wood do you use?

We mainly use beech. This information is displayed on each product page.

How do I know if the toy I want to buy is adapted to my child's age?

All information about toys is available in the fact sheets produced on our site, including age-related recommendations.

Are toys safe for my child?

Yes, of course! We work for toys only of solid raw wood from France or the European Union (Italy, Germany...). This wood is untreated. Our varnishes, oils and shades respond to standards toy EN71 and have no risk to children.

Is it possible to place a special order to customize?

Yes, of course! :-) We can prepare together a quote based on the work to be done. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I return a custom order?

Unfortunately no. A custom (cut) command is unique. It has been prepared and designed especially for you in our workshop. In accordance with article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, we do not accept returns for these products. We advise you to check your order properly before purchase (check any spelling errors, order error, etc.)

Are your furniture and storage products mounted?

The products are delivered as a kit, with all the necessary for their mounting: screws, if necessary, mounting instructions. We design our products so that everyone can install them, no need of special tools or skills -:)
